Jennifer Garner was born on April 17, 1972. She was catapulted into stardom with her lead role on the series "Alias". She spent nine years of her adolescence studying ballet. She first enrolled at Denison University as a chemistry major, but later changed to a drama major. For her work on Alias, Garner has received four consecutive Emmy nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress. She has also received four Golden Globe nominations and won once. She appeared in feature films such as Elektra, Daredevil and Pearl Harbor.
