Lindsay Lohan was born on July 2, 1986. She is an American actress, born in New York City. Aged 11, she made her debut playing twins in Disney's The Parent Trap. She achieved international stardom with her roles in Freaky Friday, which was a huge hit, and critics were spellbound by performances from Lohan. She won the 2004 MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Female. Then came other successes with Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, Mean Girls and Herbie Fully Loaded. In 2004, Lohan launched a career in pop music with the albums Speak and A Little More Personal. She is regularly arrested for use of alcohol and drugs.
